纺纱工艺中细纱张力的控制研究

【摘要】 本文深入探讨纺纱工艺中细纱张力的控制问题。首先分析细纱张力对纱线均匀度、断头率等质量指标的影响机制,阐明其与纱线线密度、锭速、钢丝圈质量等参数的关联关系。然后对比离线与在线张力测量技术的特点,提出基于工艺参数优化、设备部件改进及智能控制系统的综合调控策略。通过实际案例分析这些控制方法在提高纺纱质量、降低断头率和提升生产效率方面的显著效果,为纺纱行业在细纱张力控制方面提供了全面的理论依据与实践指导。

【Abstract】 This paper thoroughly investigates the control of fine yarn tension in spinning technology. Initially,the influence mechanism of yarn tension on quality indicators such as yarn evenness and breakage rate is analyzed,clarifying its correlation with parameters including yarn linear density, spindle speed, and traveler weight. Subsequently, the characteristics of offline and online tension measurement techniques are compared, leading to the proposal of an integrated control strategy combining process parameter optimization, equipment component improvement, and advanced control systems. Practical case studies demonstrate that these control methods significantly enhance yarn quality, reduce breakage rates, and improve production efficiency. The research provides comprehensive theoretical foundations and practical guidance for fine yarn tension control in the spinning industry.
