【Abstract】 To address the problem of deficiency of adequate tools in the application of lean construction in engineering projects, this paper proposes a model for digital lean construction based on the seamless integration of lean construction with digital technologies, and develops a digital lean construction management platform, specifically targeting the construction phase.First, the concept of lean work package is introduced, and their classification and determination methods are outlined. Subsequently, a digital lean construction model is developed, encompassing both a conceptual model and a management process model, laying the foundation for the design of a digital lean construction management platform.
