【摘要】 采用2012-2018年全国新建高速公路的项目采购数据,探究高速公路建设促进共同富裕的效能与机制。实证结果表明,高速公路能够通过提高居民收入水平,缩小收入差距实现共同富裕,并且城镇化和产业结构升级在其中起到中介作用。该研究进一步表明,尽管高速公路对于提高人均收入的边际效应递减,但是对于缩小居民收入差距的边际效应递增。该研究深化了共同富裕实现路径的理论,论证了“适度超前”建设高速公路的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research uses the project data of new expressways from 2012 to 2018 to explore the efficiency and mechanism of expressway construction to promote common prosperity. The empirical results show that expressways can achieve common prosperity by increasing the income level of residents and narrowing the income gap, and urbanization and industrial structure upgrading play an intermediary role. This study shows that although the marginal benefits of highways on the income level are diminishing, the marginal benefits on the income gap between residents are increasing. The contribution of this paper is to deepen the theory of the realization way of common prosperity and demonstrate the necessity of "moderately advanced construction" expressway.更多还原
