城市轨道交通乘务组运用态势评估研究

【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通规模的迅速增长,轨道交通运营企业对乘务系统的实时动态管理需求日益增强。为更好地对城市轨道交通乘务组运用态势进行评估,深入分析了城市轨道交通乘务组运用的影响因素,并以环境风险、计划偏离、时间偏离、成本费用为准则构建了城市轨道交通乘务组运用态势评估指标体系,构建基于组合权重-VIKOR方法的城市轨道交通乘务组运用态势评估模型,给出指标的量化方法和等级划分标准,将乘务组的运用态势细分为好、较好、一般、较差、差5个等级,最后以成都地铁乘务运用的相关数据为例验证模型的可行性。研究结果表明组合权重-VIKOR方法切实可行,能够得到比较合理的成都地铁乘务组一日不同时刻的运用态势,与传统VIKOR方法相比能够更稳健地反映乘务运用态势,从而为乘务运营调度决策提供参考。

【Abstract】 The rapid expansion of urban rail transit has increased the demand for real-time dynamic management of crew systems by rail transit enterprises. To improve the situation evaluation of crew operations in urban rail transit, this study analyzed the factors influencing crew operations in urban rail transit. A situation evaluation index system for crew operations in urban rail transit was established based on environmental risk, plan deviation, time deviation, and cost criteria. A situation evaluation model for crew operations based on the combined weight-VIKOR method was then constructed. The study also defined quantitative methods and grading standards, which categorized the operation situation into five levels: good, relatively good, average, relatively poor, and poor. The model’s feasibility was verified with crew operation data of Chengdu Metro as an example. The results indicate that the combined weight-VIKOR method is practical and enables a reasonable assessment of the operation situation of the Chengdu Metro at different times of the day. Compared to the traditional VIKOR method, the proposed method reflects the crew operation situation more robustly, providing a valuable reference for crew scheduling decisions.
