【摘要】 “超售”属于收益管理方法之一，铁路客票超售问题研究对提高铁路部门运营效率与收益、完善我国铁路收益管理理论与方法有着十分重要的作用。基于对超售有关概念的深刻认识，详细阐述了铁路客票超售研究的多方面复杂技术特征，并总结超售策略在国内外铁路行业的应用情况。在系统梳理铁路及航空领域超售理论和超售模型研究脉络的基础上，指出我国铁路客票超售研究在相关理论、优化技术等方面的不足，立足我国铁路实际运营情况，从旅客出行需求预测、客票超售模型与算法、多收益管理方法相结合的超售策略、被拒载旅客的安置方案、超售风险管理以及超售策略应用6个方面提出需要进一步探索的关键问题。研究可为铁路行业超售问题的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Overbooking” is one of the revenue management methods, and the research on railway passenger ticket overbooking problems plays a very important role in improving the operational efficiency and revenue of the railway departments and strengthening the theory and method of railway revenue management in China. Based on the deep understanding of the concept related to overbooking, this paper elaborated in detail the multi-faceted and complex technical characteristics of railway passenger ticket overbooking research and summarized the application of overbooking strategy in the railway industry in China and abroad. On the basis of systematically combing the theoretical and model research on overbooking in the railway and aviation sectors, this paper identified deficiencies in relevant theories and optimization technologies in China’s railway passenger ticket overbooking research. Based on the actual operation of China’s railway, this paper put forward key issues that need to be further explored from six aspects: passenger travel demand forecasting, passenger ticket overbooking model and algorithm, overbooking strategy combined with multi-revenue management method, response plan for rejected passengers, overbooking risk management, and overbooking strategy application.
