【摘要】 质量和创新是企业形成新质生产力的重要支撑，二者缺一不可，但学术界对质量管理和激发创新之间关系的认识和理解仍存在一些分歧。为了系统理解质量管理和鼓励创新之间的关系，文章在简要回顾质量与创新关系研究的基础上，详细阐述了以往研究产生分歧的原因，并对质量管理和创新活动的特征进行了对比分析，阐明了质量管理与创新互补的基本逻辑，指出企业的质量管理和创新活动可以协调发展，并对未来的质量管理与激发创新的研究进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality and innovation are two essential pillars for an enterprise developing new quality productive forces, neither of them can be absent. However, there are still some disagreements on the relationship between quality management and innovation inspiration in academia. To better understand the relationship between them, this paper analyzes the reasons why previous findings about the relationship are not consistent based on the literature review of existing studies on the relationship between quality and innovation. What’s more, the paper conducts a comparative analysis of the characteristics of quality management and innovative activities, clarifies the basic logic that quality management and innovation can be complementary, and points out that they can achieve coordinated development in enterprises. Lastly, the paper looks into the distance to the future studies of quality management and innovation inspiration.更多还原
