高速铁路桥上纵连轨道侧向挡块荷载-位移滞回恢复力模型研究
Load-Displacement Hysteretic Restoring Force Model of Lateral Blocks for Longitudinal Connected Tracks on High-speed Railway Bridges
【摘要】 制作并开展9个具有不同界面锚固钢筋数量和直径的缩尺比例为1∶2的轨道侧向挡块拟静力试验。分析侧向挡块的破坏形态、骨架曲线和滞回曲线特性,建立考虑连接面新旧混凝土黏结力、剪切摩擦力及锚固钢筋销栓作用力的轨道侧向挡块峰值荷载计算方法;基于对侧向挡块试验数据的多元回归,建立其理论骨架三折线模型及主要参数的求解公式;通过分析轨道侧向挡块的试验滞回特征,获得其滞回规则及加载、卸载刚度退化规律,进而建立其滞回恢复力模型,并对其进行验证。结果表明轨道低周往复荷载下侧向挡块可呈滑移破坏、平剪破坏及斜剪破坏。计算的峰值荷载与试验结果比值的平均值不小于0.97,验证了计算方法的正确性。建立的轨道侧向挡块理论骨架三折线模型与恢复力模型,均与试验数据吻合良好,且模型计算方法简单、明了,有效反映了轨道侧向挡块在反复荷载下的滞回性能。
【Abstract】 Nine quasi-static test models of 1∶2 scale track lateral blocks(TLB) with different interface anchorage rebar numbers and diameters were fabricated and carried out. By analyzing the failure forms, skeleton curves and hysteresis curve characteristics of the TLB, a calculation method for the peak load of the TLB was proposed, considering the bonding force between the new and old concrete at the connection surface, shear friction force and steel pin force. Based on the multiple regression of the TLB test data, the theoretical three-segment linear skeleton model and the formula of the main parameters were established. By analyzing the test hysteretic characteristics of the TLB, the hysteretic rules and the degradation laws of loading and unloading stiffness were obtained, along with the establishment and verification of the hysteretic restoring force model. The results show that the TLB shows sliding failure, planar shear failure and oblique shear failure under low cyclic load. The average value of the ratio between the calculation results of the proposed peak load and the test results is not less than 0.97, which verifies the accuracy of the calculation method. The theoretical three-segment linear skeleton model and restoring force model of the TLB are in good agreement with the test data. The calculation method of the model is simple and clear, effectively reflecting the hysteretic properties of the TLB under cyclic load.
