基于组合赋权与梯形云模型的地铁信号电源屏系统健康状态评估
Health State Evaluation of Subway Signal Power Supply Panel System Based on Combination Weighting Method and Trapezoidal Cloud Models
【摘要】 针对地铁信号电源屏系统健康状态评估存在主观性强、准确度低、实时性差等问题,提出一种基于组合赋权与梯形云模型的系统健康状态实时综合评估方法。考虑电源屏系统的结构构成和关键参数,建立健康状态分层评估指标体系;利用改进的层次分析法(AHP)和基于指标相关性的权重确定法(CRITIC)计算子指标的主、客观权重,通过组合赋权融合为常权重,并结合在线监测数据的相对劣化度计算变权重;定义健康状态等级,构建梯形云模型;基于在线监测数据,动态计算子指标的健康状态隶属度,构建隶属度矩阵,利用模糊综合评判法,评估得到地铁信号电源屏系统的健康状态。以宁波地铁5号线的现场数据进行方法验证,验证结果表明:该方法综合考虑了评估的模糊性和随机性,评估结果符合现场实际情况,可以降低评估的主观性,提高评估的准确度和实时性。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of strong subjectivity, low accuracy and poor real-time performance in the health state evaluation of subway signal power supply panel system, a real-time comprehensive evaluation method for system health state was proposed based on the combination weighting method and trapezoid cloud models. Considering the structural composition and key parameters of the power supply panel system, a health state hierarchical evaluation index system was established. The improved AHP method and CRITIC weighting methods were used to calculate the subjective weights and objective weights of sub-indexes. Using the combined weighting method, the subjective and objective weights were integrated into constant weights. Combined with the relative inferiority degrees of online monitoring data, variable weights were obtained. By defining the health state level, trapezoidal cloud models were built. Based on the online monitoring data, the membership of sub-indexes for health state levels were dynamically calculated, and the membership matrix was built. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the health states of subway signal power supply panel system were evaluated. The method was verified by the field data of Ningbo Metro Line 5. The results show that the method, with the evaluation results in line with the actual situation, can consider the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation, reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation and improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the evaluation.
