不同潮滩生境对河口湿地土壤细菌分布及其影响研究

【摘要】 不同潮滩生境对细菌群落的分布、多样性和菌群结构都会产生一定影响。基于16S r RNA测序,选择长江口崇明东滩湿地按照距海远近的梯度对细菌群落的分布、多样性和结构组成进行了测定和分析。研究发现,在不同潮滩生境下细菌的分布呈现出不同的变化趋势,随着潮滩位置降低细菌的多样性指数和丰富度指数均呈现出降低,中高潮滩生境的土壤细菌显示出较高的相似度,而低潮滩呈现出不同的群落特征。细菌在门水平上变化不显著,在属水平上高潮滩主要以Luteolibacter和Geothermobacter为主,而低潮滩主要以Woeseia和Subgroup_10为主。环境因子分析表明,pH值和盐度是影响不同潮滩生境微生物分布和多样性的主导环境因子。该研究为进一步了解河口潮汐湿地微生物菌群动态分布及其相关影响因素提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 The distribution,diversity and structure of bacterial community were affected by different tidal flat habitats. Based on 16S rRNA sequencing,the distribution,diversity and structure composition of bacterial communities in Chongming wetland of Yangtze River Estuary were determined and analyzed according to the gradient of distance from the sea. The results show that the distribution of bacteria demonstrated different trendsin differ-ent tidal flat habitats. The diversity and abundance index of bacteria decreased with the lowering of the location of tidal flat. Soil bacteria showed greater similarityin the middle and high tidal flat habitats,while in the low tidal flat habitats they presented different community characteristics. At the genus level,Luteolibacter and Geothermobacter dominated the high tidal flats,while Woeseia and Subgroup_10 dominated the low ones. Environmental factors analysis shows that pH and salinity are the dominant environmental factorsaffecting different tidal flat habitat microbial distribution and diversity. This study provides a scientific basis for further understanding the dynamic distribution of microbial flora and its related influencing factors in estuarine tidal wetlands.
