钢底板-CSW组合梁受剪试验研究

【摘要】 钢底板变截面波形钢腹板(Corrugated Steel Web,CSW)组合梁更加轻型化,但其负弯矩区的钢腹板、钢底板都设置了内衬混凝土,导致腹板受剪行为更复杂,需要深入研究剪应力分布规律和分析理论。以一座主跨200 m的钢底板变截面CSW组合梁桥为研究对象,设计并制作了一片缩尺比为1∶6的大比例负弯矩区模型试验梁,完成了简支边界条件下的静力加载试验。同时,采用数值仿真方法对试验梁进行分析。结果表明:试验梁钢腹板实测剪应力结果与提出的剪应力修正公式计算值、仿真值均吻合良好,证明了修正公式的正确性,可用于实际工程分析。建议该组合结构设置过渡式内衬混凝土倒角,可以有效减小钢腹板剪应力集中现象。

【Abstract】 Corrugated steel web(CSW) composite girders with variable cross-section and corrugated steel web plates are more lightweight, but the steel web plates and steel bottom plates in the negative bending moment zone are lined with concrete, resulting in more complex shear behavior of the web plates. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the distribution law and analysis theory of shear stress. A large-scale negative bending moment zone model test girder with a scale ratio of 1∶6 was designed and fabricated for a steel bottom plate variable cross-section CSW composite girder bridge with a main span of 200 m. Static load tests were conducted under simply supported boundary conditions. At the same time, numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the experimental girders. The results show that the measured shear stress of the test girder steel web plate is in good agreement with the calculated and simulated values of the proposed shear stress correction formula, proving the correctness of the correction formula and its applicability for practical engineering analysis. It is recommended to set a transitional inner lining concrete chamfer for this composite structure, which can effectively reduce the concentration of shear stress on the steel web plate.
