自行式铁路轨道检查仪倾角传感器轨道超高测量数据信号时延补偿方法研究
Study on Method for Compensation for Measurement Data Signal Delay of Track Superelevation of the TiltSensor of Self-propelled Inspecting Instrument for Railway Track
【摘要】 铁路轨道检查仪是用于测量铁路线路轨道静态几何参数的主要设备。随着技术的不断进步,快速自行式轨道检查仪产品逐渐趋于成熟,但在较高速度下自行式轨道检查仪曲线超高测量结果的准确性尚不能满足标准要求。为此,分析不同速度条件下自行式轨道检查仪曲线超高数据,提出基于动态时间归整算法的曲线超高测量数据信号时延补偿方法,以提高曲线超高测量结果的准确性,并进行线路试验验证。试验结果表明,采用动态时间归整算法补偿曲线超高测量数据信号时延后,自行式轨道检查仪曲线超高测量结果的重复性和正确性均有显著提升。
【Abstract】 The inspecting instrument for railway track is used to measure the track static geometric parameters of railway lines. With the continuous advancement of technology, the rapid self-propelled inspecting instrument for railway track products are gradually maturing, but at higher speeds, the accuracy of the measurement results of superelevation on curve cannot meet the requirements of the standard. To this end, the paper analyzes the measurement data of superelevation on curve measured by self-propelled inspecting instrument for railway track under different speed conditions, proposes a time delay compensation method for the measurement data of superelevation on curve based on dynamic time warpin algorithm so as to improve the accuracy of the measurement results of superelevation on curve,and line tests for verification are conducted. The test results show that the repeatability and accuracy of the measurement results of superelevation on curve measured by the self-propelled inspecting instrument for railway track are significantly improved after the dynamic time warpin algorithm is used to compensate for the delay of measurement data of superelevation on curve.
