单轴迫导向转向架径向机构运动学及静强度分析
Kinematics and Static Strength Analysis of Radial Mechanism of Single Axle Forced Steering Bogie
【摘要】 某工程车采用单轴迫导向转向架方案,径向机构是关键组成部分,需要进行运动学和静强度分析。通过自由度分析推导各构件转动角度的理论公式,通过Adams软件建立虚拟样机并对其进行运动学分析,采用有限元分析方法对其静强度进行校核。分析结果表明:径向机构的自由度为10;推导出的理论计算公式可准确计算各构件转动角度;径向机构的运动学仿真结果曲线平滑连续、无断点和突变点,结构设计合理,运行平稳;径向机构的最大等效应力小于材料的屈服强度,安全系数为1.4,满足结构静强度要求。
【Abstract】 An engineering vehicle uses a single axle forced steering bogie scheme, and the radial mechanismas a key component, needs to be analyzed for kinematics and static strength. Freedom degree of the radial mechanism was analyzed, and the theoretical formula for the rotation angle of each component was deduced. The kinematic analysis was carried out by establishing a virtual prototype through Adams software, and the static strength was calibrated by using the finite element analysis method. The analysis results show that: the degree of freedom of the radial mechanism is 10; the derived theoretical formulas can accurately calculate the angle of rotation of each component; the kinematic simulation results of the radial mechanism show smooth and continuous curves without breakpoints and mutation points, indicating reasonable structural design and smooth operation; the maximum equivalent force of the radial mechanism is less than the yield strength of the material, and the safety factor is 1.4, which meets the structural static strength requirements.
