线性涡流制动装置的结构强度研究

【摘要】 高速列车线性涡流制动装置载荷工况复杂,为了工程应用的安全性,应对产品结构强度进行全面分析。通过结构特点及载荷工况分析,利用有限元软件进行各种典型工况下的强度计算,研究振动、冲击试验及台架试验方法,并对强度仿真与试验结果进行对比。研究结果表明,目前试验设备无法满足涡流制动装置的3类振动冲击试验要求,可采用整机2类振动、冲击试验和主体框架强度试验相结合的方法考核产品结构完整性;涡流制动装置强度计算与试验结果一致性较好,验证了产品结构强度计算与试验的有效性;各工况下涡流制动装置的静强度、疲劳强度计算结果均符合相关标准要求,研制的产品通过了相关试验考核。

【Abstract】 The load condition of linear eddy current braking device of high-speed train is complex. For the safety of engineering application, the structural strength of the product should be comprehensively analyzed. By analyzing the structural characteristics and load conditions, strength calculations under various typical working conditions are carried out using finite element software. Vibration and shock tests and bench test methods are studied, and strength simulations are compared with test results. The research results show that the current test equipment cannot meet the requirements of Category 3 vibration and shock tests for eddy current braking devices.The structural integrity of the product can be assessed by a combination of Category 2 vibration and shock tests of the entire machine and strength tests of the main frame.The strength calculation of eddy current braking device is consistent with the test results, which verifies the effectiveness of the strength calculation and test of the product structure. The calculation results of static strength and fatigue strength of eddy current braking device under various working conditions meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the developed products have passed the relevant test verification.
