【摘要】 对接世界技能大赛标准要求，本文以天津渤海职业技术学院为例，针对高职院校水处理技术技能人才的培养途径进行了探索，首先将世界技能大赛标准和考核要求融入人才培养目标，其次从教师队伍建设、岗课赛证课程体系建设、四级技能培养机制建设和高水平产教融合水处理技术实训基地建设四个方面进行了人才培养途径探索，并获得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In line with the standards and requirements of the World Skills Competition, this paper takes Tianjin Bohai Vocational Technical College as an example to explore the cultivation approaches for skilled talents in water treatment technology in higher vocational institutes. Firstly, the standards and assessment requirements of the World Skills Competition are integrated into the talent cultivation goals. Secondly, the exploration of talent cultivation approaches was carried out from four aspects: the construction of the teaching staff, the construction of the course system of posts, courses, competitions and certificates, the construction of the four-level skills training mechanism, and the construction of the high-level industry-education integrated water treatment technology training base, and remarkable results were achieved.更多还原
