【Abstract】 The evaluation of teaching quality under the "New Dual-High" initiative centers on key dimensions including talent cultivation, service contribution, cultural heritage preservation, international collaboration,industry-education integration, and institutional development support. Its core components encompass ethics and competency development, curriculum design and implementation, collaborative education mechanisms,digitalized teaching practices, openness and cooperative engagement, and process-oriented assessment. By establishing a scientific evaluation system, strengthening the linkage between evaluation and improvement,promoting evaluation informatization, and enhancing international benchmarking, these measures aim to align vocational education with the demands of the new era, enabling it to support national strategic priorities, foster regional socioeconomic development, and promote lifelong learning initiatives——thereby maximizing the functional efficacy of vocational education as a distinct educational paradigm.更多还原
