生物聚合物/聚乙烯醇功能性食品包装膜的研究进展
Research Progress of Biopolymer/Polyvinyl Alcohol Functional Food Packaging Films
【摘要】 生物聚合物/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜因具有生物降解性、无毒以及优异的物理、机械和阻隔性能而成为食品包装的研究热点。本文对生物聚合物/PVA复合膜的最新研究进展进行了总结,重点讨论了PVA与壳聚糖、淀粉、纤维素、木质素等生物聚合物复合的功能性包装膜的制备和性能,并阐述了PVA复合膜的成型方式。
【Abstract】 Biopolymer/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite film has become a research hotspot in food packaging because of its biodegradability, non-toxicity and excellent physical, mechanical and barrier properties. In this paper, the latest research progress of biopolymer/PVA composite films was summarized. The preparation and properties of functional packaging film composed of PVA and chitosan, starch, cellulose, lignin and other biopolymers were discussed, and the forming method of PVA composite films was described.
