【摘要】 组织边界是将组织与其他组织分隔开又实现连接的界线或互动领域。随着我国高等职业教育改革不断深入，越来越多研究者运用组织边界理论研究我国高等职业教育系统内外部的共生关系，尤其是探讨高职院校共生单元之间的共生界面问题。通过梳理和分析近23年国内核心学术期刊文献，发现组织边界理论的应用研究进程经历了初步探索、波动发展和稳步拓展三个阶段，应用研究的主题主要围绕“边界跨越”活动、“跨界人才”培养和“跨界治理”模式三个方面展开，其中发生于共生界面的“边界跨越”活动研究主要聚焦于物理边界刚性化、社会边界利益化、心理边界惯性化等边界问题。最后，从识别、协调到融合的动态视角提出组织边界理论应用研究的未来拓展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Organizational boundaries refer to the lines or interactive domains that separate an organization from others while enabling connection. With the continuous deepening of China’s vocational education reform, an increasing number of researchers have applied organizational boundary theory to study the symbiotic relationships within and outside China’s vocational education system, especially to explore the symbiotic interface issues among symbiotic units in vocational colleges. Based on the papers published in Chinese core journals in the recent 23 years, it is found that overall development trend about the application of organizational boundary theory includes three stages: preliminary exploration, fluctuating development, and steady expansion. The themes of applied research mainly focus on three aspects: “boundary-crossing” activities, cultivation of “cross-border talents”, and “cross-border governance” models. Among them, the research on “boundary-crossing” activities occurring at the symbiotic interface mainly focuses on boundary issues such as the rigidification of physical boundaries, the interest-oriented social boundaries, and the inertial psychological boundaries. Subsequently, this paper proposes future expansion directions of applied research on organizational boundary theory from the dynamic perspective of identification, coordination and integration.更多还原
