【摘要】 简要评述了我国城市在推进合流制系统雨污分流改造过程中存在的误区、问题和困境，提出了符合我国实际的合流制系统改造原则和思路，系统梳理了雨污分流改造的主要方式及其优势和弊端，概括总结了城区、片区、地块3个不同尺度下雨污分流改造的模式和规划设计要点，可为我国城市科学编制雨污分流改造规划设计方案提供参考。主要结论包括：城区尺度雨污分流改造的关键是在全面调查的基础上科学编制城市合流管网改造实施方案，明确总体和阶段改造目标、年度实施计划及改造任务；片区尺度雨污分流改造的关键是做好市政和地块管线的统筹衔接和混错接点的改造，确保各阶段、各局部改造既符合远期改造方案又能有效发挥工程效益；地块尺度雨污分流改造的关键是建设彻底的雨污分流系统并因地制宜实施源头海绵设施建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The misunderstandings, problems and difficulties existing in the process of promoting the conflation system of rain pollution diversion renovation in China are briefly reviewed. The principles and design ideas of the renovation are put forward conforming to the actual situation. The main methods, advantages and disadvantages of renovation are systematically sorted out. In order to provide reference for the planning and design of the rain-sewage diversion, the modes and key points of the planning and design are summarized under three factors of urban area, district and land. The main conclusions are as follows that the key to the renovation is to scientifically formulate the implementation plan of urban confluence pipe network renovation on the basis of comprehensive investigation, clarify the overall and stage renovation objectives, annual implementation plan and renovation tasks; The key is to do the overall connection of municipal and land pipeline and the mixed junction renovation, to ensure that the renovation at each stage and each part not only conform to the long-term plan but also can effectively play the project benefits;The key of land renovation is to construct a thorough rain-sewage diversion system and implement the construction of source sponge facilities according to local conditions.更多还原
