中药纳米肿瘤疫苗在肿瘤治疗领域的理论基础和前沿研究
Application Prospect and Frontier Research of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Tumor Vaccine" in Tumor Therapy
【摘要】 中药纳米肿瘤疫苗将中药与纳米肿瘤疫苗结合使用,有望产生协同效应,提升疫苗的效力。基于此,胡凯文教授团队首次提出了“中药纳米肿瘤疫苗”概念。该概念的核心在于将中药独特成分纳米化,并与肿瘤免疫治疗相结合,从而激发人体免疫系统对肿瘤的识别和攻击能力。具体而言,中药纳米肿瘤疫苗利用中药中的有效成分,通过调节和增强机体免疫功能,使机体更有效地识别和攻击肿瘤细胞。同时,中药成分还能减轻肿瘤免疫治疗过程中的副作用,提高患者的生存质量和生存期。该概念旨在拓展中医药在现代医学中的应用,并推动中西医结合治疗肿瘤新模式的发展。
【Abstract】 The integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with nanotechnology-based tumor vaccines is expected to generate synergistic effects, enhancing the efficacy of the vaccine. Based on this concept, Professor Hu Kaiwen has proposed the innovative idea of "Chinese Herbal Nano-Tumor Vaccine." The core of this concept lies in the nanoscale processing of unique components from traditional Chinese medicine and combining them with tumor immunotherapy to stimulate the body’s immune system to better recognize and attack tumor cells. Specifically, the Chinese herbal nano-tumor vaccine utilizes the active ingredients of TCM to regulate and enhance the body’s immune function, enabling it to more effectively identify and target tumor cells. Additionally, the components of TCM can alleviate side effects during tumor immunotherapy, improving the patient’s quality of life and survival rate. This concept aims to expand the application of traditional Chinese medicine in modern medicine and promote the development of a new model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for tumor treatment.
