【摘要】 目的 探讨乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对子宫内膜异位症（EMs）的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2024年12月我院收治的50例EMs患者为研究组，另选取同期50名健康体检女性为对照组，比较2组一般资料、LDH、VEGF-A、IL-6水平。将研究组患者分为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期组（34例）和Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组（16例）。比较不同分期组患者LDH、VEGF-A、IL-6水平。受试者工作曲线（ROC）分析LDH、VEGF-A联合IL-6对EMs的诊断价值。结果 研究组比对照组血清LDH[(200.3±19.0)U/L与（173.0±15.2）U/L]、VEGF-A[(144.7±15.1)pg/ml与（121.9±13.8）pg/ml]、IL-6[(22.5±4.1)pg/ml与（16.7±3.3）pg/ml]水平均更高（P<0.05）；Ⅲ～Ⅳ期组比Ⅰ～Ⅱ期组血清LDH[(217.6±20.7)U/L与（187.6±17.3）U/L]、VEGF-A[(157.8±16.1)pg/mL与（137.5±14.4）pg/ml]、IL-6[(26.4±4.7)pg/ml与（19.2±3.8）pg/ml]水平均更高（P<0.05）;ROC曲线分析显示，LDH、VEGF-A联合IL-6诊断EMs的AUC值高于单项检测（Z=2.656、3.495、3.447,P<0.05）。结论 LDH、VEGF-A、IL-6联合检测诊断EMs价值较高，可提高诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A) combined with interleukin-6(IL-6) for endometriosis(EMs). Methods A totol of50 patients with EMs admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were selected as the study group, and another 50 healthy women who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. General information, LDH, VEGF-A, and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups.The study group patients were divided into stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ group(n=34) and stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ group(n=16). The levels of LDH,VEGF-A, and IL-6 in patients of different staging groups were compared. Results The levels of serum LDH[(200.3± 19.0)U/L vs.(173.0±15.2)U/L], VEGF-A [(144.7±15.1)pg/ml vs.(121.9±13.8)pg/ml], vs. IL-6 [(22.5± 4.1)pg/ml vs.(16.7±3.3)pg/ml] were higher in the study group than those in the control group( P<0.05). The levels of serum LDH [(217.6±20.7)U/L vs.(187.6±17.3)U/L), VEGF-A [(157.8±16.1)pg/ml vs.(137.5± 14.4)pg/ml], and IL-6[(26.4±4.7)pg/ml and(19.2±3.8)pg/ml] were higher in the Ⅲ～Ⅳ group compared to the Ⅰ～Ⅱ group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values of LDH, VEGF-A combined with IL-6 for diagnosing EMs were higher than those of single detection(Z=2.656, 3.495, 3.447, all P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of LDH, VEGF-A, and IL-6 has high diagnostic value for EMs and can improve diagnostic accuracy.更多还原
