异步电机直接转矩控制系统实验平台研究

【摘要】 为满足高校电气自动化类专业的师生对异步电机直接转矩控制(direct torque control, DTC)技术的教学与研究需求,设计了以数字信号处理器(digital signal processor, DSP)为控制器的异步电机直接转矩控制系统实验平台。该平台将硬件小型化集成于异步电机控制实验箱中,提高了灵活性和便携性。使用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真和代码的模型设计,通过代码生成技术与DSP控制器无缝对接,并利用上位机监控界面实时监控电机运行状态。该实验平台能够实现异步电机直接转矩控制,且控制性能良好、操作步骤简单、体积小巧。

【Abstract】 To meet the teaching and research demands for direct torque control(DTC) technology in electrical automation disciplines, an experimental platform for DTC systems of asynchronous motors was developed, utilizing a digital signal processor(DSP) as the controller. The platform integrated miniaturized hardware into a portable experimental enclosure, enhancing flexibility and mobility. MATLAB/Simulink enabled model-based design and simulation, with automatic code generation ensuring seamless deployment to the DSP controller. Real-time motor operation monitoring was achieved through a PC-based interface. This system demonstrated effective DTC implementation with excellent control performance, user-friendly operation, and compact dimensions.
