【Abstract】 This study employs the "Six Musts" as its research framework and integrates the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress to comprehensively analyze the logical rationale for incorporating red culture into ideological and political education in higher education. It systematically clarifies the core value objectives of this integration. Building on the educational functions of red culture in ideological and political development, the research proposes practical pathways for implementation by focusing on six dimensions: upholding people-centered development, maintaining self-reliance and confidence, adhering to fundamental principles while pioneering innovation, adopting a problem-oriented approach, applying systemic thinking, and embracing a global perspective.
