火灾工况气体容器及气瓶超压泄放设计对比分析

【摘要】 根据API 521—2020《Pressure-Relieving and Depressuring Systems》、 CGA S-1.1—2019《Pressure Relief Device Standards Part 1—Cylinders for Compressed Gases》规定,模拟气体容器及气瓶的柱形结构火灾泄放工况,以结构体积、长径比、泄放压力作为自变量,对泄放口径进行了计算,探讨了自变量参数对两种方法计算结果偏差的影响。结果表明,体积对偏差影响显著。当体积小于100 L时,API 521—2020计算结果通常高于CGA S-1.1—2019计算结果,且体积越小,高出幅度越大。当体积大于100 L时,API521—2020计算结果通常低于CGA S-1.1—2019计算结果,且体积越大,降低幅度越大。长径比对偏差的改变幅度低于体积。当体积为500 L、长径比在1~10时,API 521—2020计算结果与CGA S-1.1—2019计算结果相近。泄放压力对偏差影响显著。根据API 521—2020和CGA S-1.1—2019进行气体容器和气瓶超压泄放设计时,必须注意使用条件,不能混用。

【Abstract】 According to the regulations of API 521—2020 “ Pressure-Relieving and Depressuring Systems” and CGA S-1.1—2019 “Pressure Relief Device Standards Part 1—Cylinders for Compressed Gases ”,the cylindrical structure fire discharge conditions of simulated gas vessels and gas cylinders were simulated. The discharge diameter was calculated using structural volume,aspect ratio,and discharge pressure as independent variables,and the influence of independent variable parameters on the deviation of the calculation results of the two methods was explored.The results indicate that volume has a significant impact on deviation. When the volume is less than 100 L,the calculation results of API 521—2020 are usually higher than those of CGA S-1.1—2019,and the smaller the volume,the greater the difference.When the volume is greater than 100 L, the calculation results of API 521—2020 are usually lower than those of CGA S-1.1—2019, and the larger the volume, the greater the decrease. The change in length to diameter ratio deviation is smaller than the volume.When the volume is 500 L and the aspect ratio is between 1 and 10,the calculation results of API 521—2020 are in good agreement with those of CGA S-1.1—2019.The release pressure has a significant impact on the deviation.Moreover, attention must be paid to the usage conditions for avoiding simultaneous application when conducting overpressure relief designs of gas vessels and gas cylinders based on API 521-2020 and CGA S-1.1—2019.
