【摘要】 脊柱关节炎（SpA）作为一组复杂的慢性炎症性疾病，不仅导致患者长期遭受疼痛和功能障碍的困扰，还普遍伴有严重的心理异常。研究表明，SpA患者的抑郁、焦虑、慢性疲劳和社会孤立感发生率远高于普通人群，这些心理问题显著影响患者生活质量，并可能加重疾病进展，降低治疗效果及依从性。然而，在临床实践中，SpA患者的心理健康问题往往未被充分重视。通过早期识别、系统评估和多学科协作的综合管理，能够有效改善SpA患者的心理健康状况，优化疾病控制，从而显著提高患者的治疗效果和整体生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spondyloarthritis(Sp A)is a group of complex chronic inflammatory diseases that not only cause patients to suffer from long-term pain and functional impairment but are also commonly accompanied by severe psychological abnormalities.Studies indicate that the prevalence rates of depression,anxiety,chronic fatigue,and sense of social isolation are significantly higher in SpA patients than in the general population. These psychological issues profoundly affect patients’ quality of life,may exacerbate disease progression,and reduce treatment efficacy and adherence. However,in clinical practice,psychological health issues in SpA patients are often underrecognized. Through early identification,systematic assessment,and multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive management,the psychological health of SpA patients can be effectively improved,disease control can be optimized,and ultimately,treatment outcomes and overall quality of life are significantly enhanced.更多还原
