植物保护课程体系动态优化路径研究

【摘要】 作为衔接作物栽培与智慧农业技术应用的枢纽课程,植物保护是构建生物安全体系和适应现代农业发展的关键环节。目前,部分高校植物保护课程体系面临无人机植保、AI识别等智慧农业技术快速迭代带来的课程内容滞后期延长这一首要挑战,同时存在实践教学与生产需求存在结构性断层、数字化资源碎片化、师资产业经验不足等突出问题。基于对产业需求与院校现状的调研分析,构建了涵盖内容迭代更新、实践教学强化、数字资源整合、师资能力提升四个维度的协同优化路径。实践表明,该路径有效促进了课程内容与产业技术的同步率,显著缩小了传统教学与现代需求的差距,构建起课程内容与产业技术的动态适配机制。该体系增强了课程前瞻性,为农业院校培养复合型植保人才提供了实施方案,对推动农业教育供给侧改革具有重要价值。

【Abstract】 As a pivotal course that connects crop cultivation with the application of smart agriculture technology, plant protection is a key link in building a biosafety system and adapting to the development of modern agriculture. At present, the plant protection curriculum system in some universities is facing the primary challenge of delayed course content caused by the rapid iteration of smart agricultural technologies such as unmanned aerial vehicle plant protection and AI recognition. At the same time, there are prominent problems such as structural gaps between practical teaching and production needs, fragmented digital resources, and insufficient experience in teacher industry. Based on the research and analysis of industry demand and the current situation of universities, this study constructs a collaborative optimization path covering four dimensions: content iteration and updating, practical teaching strengthening, digital resource integration, and faculty capacity improvement. Practice has shown that this path effectively promotes the synchronization rate between course content and industrial technology, significantly narrowing the gap between traditional teaching and modern demand, and establishing a dynamic adaptation mechanism between course content and industrial technology. This system enhances the forward-looking nature of the curriculum and provides feasible solutions for agricultural colleges to cultivate compound plant protection talents, which is of great value in promoting the supply side reform of agricultural education.
