【摘要】 在乡村振兴的大背景下，农文旅融合成为乡村振兴新引擎。小岗村作为中国农村改革的发源地，在构建农文旅融合发展方面有着独特的优势，但受制于产业融合深度不足、农产品品牌化建设缓慢、绿色消费发展滞后、复合型人才匮乏等问题，发展受限。基于此，提出深化产业融合、强化品牌建设、发展新质生产力以及构建多层次人才培育体系等对策建议，旨在推动小岗村农文旅融合高质量发展，同时为乡村振兴背景下传统村落的转型升级提供实践参照。更多还原

【Abstract】 in rural revitalization, integrating agriculture, culture and tourism has become a new engine of rural revitalization. Xiaogang Village, as the birthplace of China’s rural reform, has unique advantages in building the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism.However, its progress remains constrained by challenges, including insufficient depth of industrial integration, slow progress in agricultural product branding, lagging green consumption development, and a shortage of multi-skilled professionals.Therefore, we propose countermeasures, including deepening industrial integration, strengthening brand development, fostering new quality productive forces and establishing a multi-tiered talent cultivation system, aiming to promote the high-quality development of agricultural, cultural and tourism integration in Xiaogang Village, and provide practical references for the transformation and upgrading of traditional villages in rural revitalization.更多还原
