【摘要】 目的：对自体荧光（VELscope）技术在口腔恶性病变早期诊断中的应用进行效果评价并分析其临床意义。方法：收集34例考虑口腔恶性病变的患者，进行一般口腔检查后，用VELscope进行检查及切取活检术，最终VELscope检查结果及活检结果进行比对分析，并对VELscope的敏感性及特异性进行评估。结果：VELscope检查的敏感性和特异性分别为80.00%和25.00%，阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为88.89%和14.29%。结论：VELscope能有效进行早期口腔恶性病筛查及辅助诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of autofluorescence technique VELscope in the early diagnosis of oral malignant lesions. Methods: 34 patients with suspicious oral malignant lesion in the oral cavity were examined by general oral examination, VELscope and biopsy. The sensitivity and specificity of VELscope were evaluated. Results: The VELscope examination showed sensitivity and specificity values of 80.00% and 25.00% respectively, while the positive and negative predictive values were 88.89% and 14.29% respectively.
