Au/CdS-TiO2复合材料催化分解N2O的性能
Performance of N2O Catalytic Decomposition over Au/CdS-TiO2 Composite Materials
【摘要】 采用化学沉淀法和反应法制备了CdS-TiO2(C-T)复合材料,性能评价结果表明,当CdS质量分数达到30%时,即C-T(Ⅳ),其光催化分解N2O的性能最佳。在此基础上制备了系列Au/C-T(Ⅳ)催化剂,对比CT(Ⅳ),Au表面改性后的C-T(Ⅳ)复合材料的光催化活性得到了明显的提高。实验结果表明,Au合适的负载量(质量分数)为0.8%,即Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ),其光催化性能与UV-vis的表征结果基本吻合。XRD分析结果表明,C-T(Ⅳ)和Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ)的特征衍射峰均较强,表明晶化程度较好,同时Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ)样品的XRD图中未出现Au的特征衍射峰,可能由于Au的负载量较低,Au在C-T(Ⅳ)表面分布比较均匀。
【Abstract】 The composites of CdS-TiO2(C-T) were prepared by using chemical precipitation and reaction methods. The performance evaluation results showed that the performance on photocatalytic decomposition of N2O was the best when the mass fraction of CdS reached 30%, i.e. C-T(Ⅳ). On this basis, a series of catalysts of Au/C-T(Ⅳ) samples were prepared, and the results showed that the photocatalytic activity of the C-T(Ⅳ) composites was significantly improved through modifying its surface with Au by impregnation method. The experimental results indicated that the appropriate loading amount for Au on C-T(Ⅳ) was mass fraction 0.8%, i.e. Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ). The photocatalytic performance of composite metal oxides was basically consistent with the characterization results of UV-vis. XRD results showed that the characteristic diffraction peaks of C-T(Ⅳ) and Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ) were both strong, indicating a good degree of crystallization. In addition, there was no characteristic diffraction peak of Au in the XRD pattern over Au(0.8)/C-T(Ⅳ) sample, which was possible due to the low loadings of Au as well as the distribution of Au on the surface of C-T(Ⅳ) was relatively uniform.
