天然蜡复合纳米乳液的性质表征和应用研究
Characterization of Properties and Application of Natural Wax Composite Nanoemulsions
【摘要】 为了更好地利用褐煤蜡资源,对3种复合蜡乳液的形貌、离心稳定性、耐盐、耐酸碱、热分解、抑菌以及应用性能进行了分析。结果表明:蜡乳液的颗粒为球形,粒径为50~250 nm;蜡乳液具有良好的离心稳定性,在6 000 r·min-1下30 min分层率均小于3%,并具有良好的耐盐性和耐碱性,在盐浓度小于100 mmol·L-1、p H小于11的条件下具有良好的稳定性;乳液中主要物质的分解温度为250~400℃;蜡乳液对大肠杆菌具有良好的抑菌性,应用于皮革表面可使皮革获得良好的变色性能,提升其光亮度和手感,并具有一定的遮盖性。褐煤蜡乳液的优良性能使其具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In order to better utilize the lignite wax resources, the morphological centrifugal stability, salt resistance, acid and alkali resistance, thermal decomposition, bacteriostatic and application properties of three composite wax emulsions were analyzed. The particles of the wax emulsions were spherical with particle sizes ranging from 50 nm to 250 nm. The wax emulsions had good centrifugal stability, and the delamination rate was less than 3% at 6 000 r·min-1 for 30 min. The wax emulsion had good salt and alkali resistance, and had good stability under the conditions of salt concentration less than 100 mmol·L-1 and pH less than 11. The decomposition temperature of the main substances in the emulsion was from 250 ℃ to 400 ℃. And it had good antibacterial property to E.coli. Applying it on the surface of leather could make the leather get good color change performance, enhance its brightness and handfeel, and had certain covering property. The excellent performance of lignite wax emulsion makes it have a broad application prospect.
