基于SCB的钢渣橡胶沥青混合料低温抗裂性能研究

【摘要】 采用低温半圆弯曲试验(SCB),从应力峰值与应力衰减、断裂韧度、断裂能与临界断裂能量密度等方面分析了钢渣沥青混合料(SSAC-13)的低温抗裂性能,并与已有研究成果进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着钢渣掺量增加,应力峰值衰减率、断裂韧度、断裂能量、断裂能密度均呈现先减小后增大的趋势,其中钢渣质量分数40%的SSAC-13试件断裂应力峰值、断裂韧度、断裂能量、断裂能密度均最高,应力衰减最低,抗裂性能最好;5mm和10mm预锯缝SSAC沥青混合料的断裂韧度与同类型SBS改性沥青混合料基本接近,但断裂能密度高于同类型SBS改性沥青混合料,同时钢渣质量分数大于40%时,混合料断裂韧度、断裂能均出现下降趋势,推荐钢渣质量分数为40%时的混合料用于高速公路表面层。

【Abstract】 The low-temperature semi-circular bending test(SCB) was used to analyze the low-temperature crack resistance performance of steel slag asphalt mixture(SSAC-13) from the aspects of stress peak and stress attenuation,fracture toughness, fracture energy and critical fracture energy density, and compared with existing research results.The results showed that with the increase of steel slag content, the peak stress attenuation rate, fracture toughness,fracture energy, and fracture energy density all showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. Among them,the SSAC-13 specimen with 40% steel slag massfraction had the highest peak fracture stress, fracture toughness,fracture energy, and fracture energy density, the lowest stress attenuation, and the best crack resistance performance.The fracture toughness of 5mm and 10mm pre sawn SSAC asphalt mixtures was basically similar to that of the same type of SBS modified asphalt mixtures, but the fracture energy density was higher than that of the same type of SBS modified asphalt mixtures. When the massfraction of steel slag exceeded 40%, the fracture toughness and fracture energy of the mixture showed a decreasing trend. It was recommended to use a mixture with a steel slag massfraction of 40% for the surface layer of highways.
