【摘要】 全球环境治理范式转型与可持续发展议程深化的双重驱动，使得制造业企业的生态化革新已上升为全球产业演进的核心命题。作为环境-经济协同发展范式的新质生产力形态，创新型生产要素聚合体通过技术范式跃迁、资源代谢优化和生态价值重构三重机制，实现了生产函数的重构与全要素生产率的帕累托改进。文章基于创新生态系统理论框架，以LB集团为实证研究对象，系统解构其绿色战略转型的驱动机制：首先，通过扎根理论识别新质生产力形态与制造业生态化转型的耦合机理；其次，运用动态能力理论剖析企业绿色变革的多维驱动力；最后，构建“技术-管理-人才”三维一体的转型路径模型。研究成果不仅为LB集团的可持续发展提供了决策支持，更为我国制造业企业的低碳转型提供了可复制的理论框架与实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by the transformation of global environmental governance paradigm and the deepening of sustainable development agenda,the ecological innovation of manufacturing enterprises has become a core proposition in the global industrial evolution.As a new quality productive force form of the environment-economy coordinated development paradigm,innovative production factor aggregates have achieved the reconstruction of production functions and the Pareto improvement of total factor productivity through a triple mechanism of technological paradigm transition,resource metabolism optimization,and ecological value reconstruction.This paper is based on the theoretical framework of innovation ecosystem and takes LB Group as the empirical research object to systematically deconstruct the driving mechanism of its green strategic transformation.Firstly,the coupling mechanism between the new quality productivce force form and the ecological transformation of manufacturing industry is identified through grounded theory.Secondly,the theory of dynamic capabilities is used to analyze the multidimensional driving forces of green transformation in enterprises.Finally,a "technology-management-talent" trinity model for transformation paths is constructed.The research results not only provide decision-making support for the sustainable development of LB Group,but also provide a replicable theoretical framework and practical paradigm for the low-carbon transformation of manufacturing enterprises in China.更多还原
