【摘要】 目的 探究手术切除联合眼睑再造术治疗眼睑基底细胞癌的临床疗效及对视力的影响。方法 将92例眼睑基底细胞癌患者按照治疗方案分为2组，对照组(n=50)仅行手术切除，观察组(n=42)行手术切除联合眼睑再造术。比较2组的临床疗效、视力、治疗满意度以及生活质量。结果 治疗前，2组患者视力情况、GQOLI-74各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后，观察组患者视力情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),同时，观察组患者临床总有效率、治疗总满意度、GQOLI-74各维度评分均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 在眼睑基底细胞癌患者的临床治疗中，在手术切除的基础上联合实施眼睑再造术，具有显著的疗效，可有效提高患者的视力、治疗满意度及生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical excision combined with eyelid reconstruction in the treatment of basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid and its effect on vision.Methods 92 patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment plan, the control group(n=50)underwent surgical excision only, and the observation group(n=42)underwent surgical excision combined with eyelid reconstruction.The clinical efficacy, visual acuity, treatment satisfaction and quality of life of the 2 groups were compared.Results Before treatment, the differences in visual acuity conditions and GQOLI-74 scores in each dimension between the 2 groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the visual acuity condition of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the total clinical effectiveness rate, total satisfaction with treatment, and the scores of GQOLI-74 dimensions of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelid, the combined implementation of eyelid reconstruction on the basis of surgical resection has significant clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve the patients’ visual acuity, treatment satisfaction and quality of life.更多还原
