【摘要】 目的 探讨保留自主神经功能的子宫广泛切除术对宫颈癌患者术后膀胱和直肠功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性收集宫颈癌患者181例，依据手术方式的不同进行分组，即采用保留自主神经功能的子宫广泛切除术治疗的患者60例纳入A组，采用腹腔镜下广泛性子宫切除术治疗的患者121例纳入B组。统计两组手术情况、膀胱功能、直肠功能、并发症发生情况、术后6个月性功能。结果 A组手术时间长于B组手术时间(P<0.05),A组拔除导尿管时间、排气时间、排便时间短于B组(P<0.05),A组残余尿量、膀胱最大容量、最大尿流率、住院时消化系统并发症发生率均低于B组(P<0.05),A组术后6个月性功能评分高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 保留自主神经功能的子宫广泛切除术能更好地保护患者的膀胱和直肠功能，同时术后性功能恢复更快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy on the recovery of bladder and rectal function in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 181 patients with cervical cancer were retrospectively collected and divided into 2 groups according to the different surgical methods.60 patients were treated with autonomic nerve function preserving radical hysterectomy(group A),and 121 patients were treated with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(group B).The operation situation, bladder function, rectal function, complications, and sexual function at 6 months after operation of the 2 groups were recorded.Results The operation time of group A was longer than that of group B(P<0.05),the extubation time, exhaust time and defecation time of group A were shorter than those of group B(P<0.05),the residual urine volume, maximum bladder capacity, maximum urinary flow rate and the incidence of digestive system complications in hospital of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).The sexual function score of group A was higher than that of group B at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy can better protect the bladder and rectal function of patients, and accelerate the recovery of postoperative sexual function.更多还原
