【摘要】 目的 分析老年肺癌患者术前衰弱与术后并发症的相关性。方法 选择98例接受胸腔镜肺癌手术治疗的老年肺癌患者，对术后并发症发生情况进行统计，并通过Logistic回归分析术前衰弱与术后并发症发生的关系。另绘制受试者工作曲线(ROC曲线),评估术前衰弱对术后并发症发生的预测价值。结果 98例老年肺癌患者术前有30例患者处于衰弱状态(衰弱组),68例处于非衰弱状态(非衰弱组)。衰弱组术后并发症总发生率(73.33%)高于非衰弱组(14.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示，术前衰弱是患者术后并发症发生的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示，AUC值为0.753,具有一定的预测价值。结论 术前衰弱会增加老年肺癌患者术后并发症的发生率，且对术后并发症的发生具有一定的预测价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between preoperative frailty and postoperative complications in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods 98 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer were selected and the incidence of postoperative complications was statistically analyzed.The relationship between preoperative frailty and postoperative complications was analyzed by Logistic regression, and receiver operating curve(ROC curve)was also drawn to analyze the predictive value of preoperative frailty assessment for postoperative complications.Results Of 98 elderly patients with lung cancer, 30 patients were in frailty state(frailty group)and 68 patients were in non-frailty state(non-frailty group).The total incidence of complications in the fasthenic group(73.33%)was higher than that in the non-fasthenic group(14.70%),there had statistical difference(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative frailty was an independent factor for postoperative complications(P<0.05).The ROC curve results show that the AUC value is 0.753,which has certain predictive value.Conclusion Preoperative frailty can increase the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients with lung cancer, and has certain predictive value for the occurrence of postoperative complications.更多还原
