【摘要】 目的 探究口服营养补充(ONS)应用于消化道肿瘤围术期患者的临床效果。方法 采取随机数字表法对200例消化道肿瘤手术患者进行分组，各100例，对照组采取术后常规处理并联合益生菌治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服营养补充治疗，对比2组患者围术期指标、治疗前后营养功能指标、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17),同时观察2组术后并发症发生率。结果 与对照组相比，观察组首次排气时间缩短、首次排便时间缩短、肠鸣音恢复时间缩短、住院时间缩短、住院费用减少，术后并发症发生率较低。治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组PA较高、ALB较高、HGB较高，血清VEGF、MMP-9及IL-17水平均较低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ONS联合益生菌应用于消化道肿瘤围术期，有助于恢复患者术后胃肠功能，改善营养功能，同时能调节血清VEGF、MMP-9及IL-17的水平，减轻手术操作造成的应激反应，综合预后表现更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of oral nutritional supplement(ONS)on the nutritional treatment of patients with gastrointestinal tumors during perioperative period.Methods 200 patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 100 patients in each group.The control group received preoperative routine intestinal preparation, postoperative routine treatment and combined probiotic treatment; the observation group received oral nutritional supplement therapy on the basis of the control group.Nutritional function indexes, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9)and interleukin-17(IL-17)before and after treatment were observed.Results Compared with the control group, the first exhaust time, first defecation time, bowel sound recovery time, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were shortened in the observation group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower.After treatment, the levels of PA,ALB and HGB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of serum VEGF,MMP-9 and IL-17 were lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion ONS combined with probiotics can obtain better perioperative indexes after operation for digestive tract tumors, reliably recover postoperative gastrointestinal function, significantly improve nutritional function indexes, help regulate the levels of serum VEGF,MMP-9 and IL-17,reduce the performance of stress functional indexes caused by operation, and have a better overall prognosis.更多还原
