【摘要】 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，对强师计划背景下U-S体育师范生教育实践育人模式进行研究。研究认为：强师计划背景下，U-S体育师范生教育实践育人模式顺应了新时代基础教育教师队伍建设的现实要求。笔者以体育师范生教育实践育人体系的现实困境为构建依据，以OBE教育理念与应用型人才培养为客观需求，构建了“一体化·双融合·三协同·四联动”的U-S体育教师教育实践育人模式，即构建职前培养与职后培训一体化的实践育人体系、重构以能力为导向的“双层融合”课程体系、创建“三维协同”实践体系、搭建学、训、赛、考“四环联动”实践教学体系，以期建立高校与基础教育“互惠共生”式的协同育人模式，助力地方基础教育师资力量建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of literature reciew and logical analysis, this paper studies the practical education model for U-S physical education normal school students under the background of Strong Teacher Program. The study believes that under the background of Strong Teacher Proguam the practical education model for U-S physical education normal school students comforms to the requements of the building of basic education teacher team in the new era. Based on practical challenges in practical education system for physical education mormal school students, and guided by the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) concept and the demand for application-oriented talent development, we have developed an integrated PE teacher training model emphasizing “unification, integration, coordination and four linkage”. This model includes an integrated pre-service and post-service training system, a competency-focused “two-tier integration” curriculum system, a collaborative “three-dimensional” practice system, as well as a practice teaching system encompassing “learning, training, competition, and assessment”. This “mutually beneficial symbiotic” collaborative education model in colleges and basic education institutions aims to strengthen local educators.更多还原
