【摘要】 针对某矿1103大巷发生剧烈底鼓变形破坏问题,通过现场调研及理论分析等方法,揭示了1103大巷底鼓演化机制及破坏机理,基于现场破坏特征并结合卸压法、加固法提出了底板联合控制技术。结果表明,1103巷的围岩变形破坏过程为“底板发生底鼓→两帮围岩鼓出→围岩失去承载能力致使顶板发生下沉”。1103巷底板大变形的主要原因为巷道所处应力环境差、围岩软弱松散、原始支护形式不合理。根据现场破坏特征及原因分析提出了“底角卸压槽卸压+底板注浆加固+锚索束强力约束+底板封闭硬化”的联合控制技术。现场监测结果表明,底板在30 d内达到最大底鼓量110 mm并在随后时间趋于稳定,底板联合控制技术有效控制了工作面应力传递并提高了底板围岩强度,保证了1103巷的正常运行。

【Abstract】 In response to the severe floor heave deformation and failure issue in the 1103 roadway of a coal mine, we investigate the evolution mechanism and failure mechanism of floor heave in the 1103 roadway through field survey and theoretical analysis.Based on the on-site failure characteristics and in combination with stress relief and reinforcement methods, a floor joint control technology is proposed.The results indicate that the deformation and failure process of the surrounding rock in the 1103 roadway follows the sequence of “floor heave → two sides’ surrounding rocks heave → loss of surrounding rock bearing capacity leading to roof subsidence.” The primary reasons for the significant deformation of the 1103 roadway floor are identified as poor stress conditions, weak and loose surrounding rock, and inappropriate initial support design.Accordingly, a joint control technology is proposed, which includes “bottom corner stress relief groove unloading+floor grouting reinforcement+strong constraint of anchor cable bundle+floor closure and hardening.” The on-site monitoring results demonstrate that the maximum heave of the floor reaches 110 mm within 30 days and stabilizes thereafter, indicating the effectiveness of the floor joint control technology in managing stress transmission and enhancing the surrounding rock’s strength, thus ensuring the normal operation of the 1103 roadway.
