【摘要】 目的:构建老年帕金森病（PD）病人家庭照顾者核心照顾能力指标体系。方法:基于Farran提出的照顾者技能模型，采用文献研究、半结构化访谈构建老年PD病人家庭照顾者核心照顾能力指标体系初稿，采用专家函询法构建指标体系终稿，采用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果:共进行2轮专家函询，问卷回收率均为100.00%，专家权威系数分别为0.857和0.916，变异系数（CV）为0.00～0.21和0.00～0.20，总指标的肯德尔协调系数（Kendall’s W值）分别为0.325和0.356（均P<0.001）。最终构建的老年PD病人家庭照顾者核心照顾能力指标体系包括8个一级指标、25个二级指标、78个三级指标。结论:构建的老年PD病人家庭照顾者核心照顾能力指标体系符合临床实践特点，可为后期老年PD病人家庭照顾者照顾能力的评价以及培训管理方案的制订提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct core competency indicator system for family caregivers of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:Based on the caregiver skill model proposed by Farran,a preliminary framework of core competency indicator system for family caregivers of elderly PD patients was developed through literature review and semi-structured interviews.The final version of the indicator system was established using the Delphi method.And the weights of the indicators were determined through the analytic hierarchy process.Results:Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100.00% for both rounds.The expert authority coefficients were 0.857 and 0.916,respectively.And the coefficient of variation(CV) ranged from 0.00 to 0.21 in the first round and 0.00 to 0.20 in the second round.The Kendall’s W values for the overall indicators were 0.325 and 0.356,respectively(both P<0.001).The final core competency indicator system for family caregivers of elderly PD patients included 8 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators,and 78 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed core competency indicator system for family caregivers of elderly PD patients aligns with the characteristics of clinical practice.It could serve as reference for evaluating the caregiving abilities of family caregivers of elderly PD patients and developing training and management programs in the future.更多还原
