【摘要】 目的:将血液透析病人照顾者负担问卷（CBQ-HP）进行汉化并进行信效度检验。方法:遵循Beaton翻译模型对问卷进行翻译、专家咨询、预调查和原作者审查，形成中文版CBQ-HP。采用方便抽样法调查480名血液透析病人家庭照顾者，以检验中文版CBQ-HP的信效度。结果:中文版CBQ-HP条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833～1.000，量表水平的内容效度指数为0.905。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子，累计方差贡献率为69.192%。验证性因子分析的模型适配度良好。总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.931,4个维度的Cronbach’s α系数为0.832～0.914，重测信度为0.771。中文版CBQ-HP总分与Zarit照顾者负担量表总分的相关系数为0.736(P<0.001)。结论:中文版CBQ-HP具有较好的信度和效度，可用于我国血液透析病人家庭照顾者负担的测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To translate the Caregiver Burden Questionnaire for Hemodialysis Patients(CBQ-HP) into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods:According to the Beaton translation model,the CBQ-HP was translated,consulted by experts,pre-surveyed and reviewed by original authors to form the Chinese version of CBQ-HP. A total of 480 family caregivers of hemodialysis patients were investigated by convenience sampling to test its reliability and validity. Results:The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0. 833 to 1. 000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI) was 0. 905. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 69. 192%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well. The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total volume table was 0. 931,and the Cronbach’s α coefficients of the four dimensions ranged from 0. 832 to 0. 914. The retest reliability was 0. 771. The correlation coefficient between the total score of Chinese version of CBQ-HP and the total score of Zarit Caregiver Burden Scale was 0. 736(P<0. 001). Conclusions:The Chinese version of CBQ-HP has good reliability and validity,which is suitable to measure the burden of family caregivers of hemodialysis patients in China.更多还原
