【Abstract】 This study examined the challenges in the education of master of nursing specialist in China, marked by the issues of "-and triple-neglect".Drawing upon the collaborative principles of outcome-oriented education,we had crafted an all-encompassing "one student,multiple mentors" collaborative guidance model. This model seamlessly incorporated coursework,research training,and clinical practice,which representing the three pivotal components of nursing master’s degree graduate education. Its establishment and enhancement of communication mechanisms guaranteed the efficacy of collaborative guidance,showed distinct advantages and yielded noteworthy outcomes.更多还原
