【摘要】 以2010—2021年我国上市零售企业为样本，利用文本分析法测算零售企业数字化转型水平，实证考察零售企业数字化转型对供应链整合的影响。研究发现，数字化转型对零售企业供应链整合产生显著促进效应，并呈现出结构异质性特征。机制检验表明，零售数字化转型通过提高管理效率和风险承担能力的作用路径促进供应链整合。异质性分析结果显示，对于国有企业和采取渐进式转型策略的零售企业而言，数字化转型促进供应链整合的效果更好，随着外部网络环境和营商环境的优化，这一促进效果会更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects Chinese listed retail enterprises from 2010 to 2021 as the sample and uses text analysis to measure the level of digital transformation in retail firms. It empirically examines the impact of digital transformation of retail enterprises on supply chain integration. The study finds that digital transformation significantly promotes supply chain integration in retail enterprises and exhibits structural heterogeneity. Mechanism analysis shows that retail digital transformation advances supply chain integration by enhancing management efficiency and risk-taking capacity. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that for state-owned enterprises and retail firms adopting a gradual transformation strategy, the promoting effect of digital transformation on supply chain integration is stronger; this effect becomes more pronounced with improvements in the external network and business environments.更多还原
