4个苹果品种在千阳的生长表现和果实品质比较

【摘要】 【目的】筛选适合千阳地区栽植的苹果新品种,为当地品种优化提供理论依据。【方法】测定4个引进苹果品种福佳、福星、福艳和福丽的物候期、生长势、叶片形态特征及果实品质等指标,并与当地主栽品种富士进行对比分析,采用隶属函数法对各品种果实进行综合评价。【结果】结果表明,福佳在千阳地区的适应性较强,表现在树体生长健壮、叶面积大、光合能力强、成花潜力大、果实单果质量大且固酸比较高,适宜推广。而福艳在光合能力、果实品质等方面表现较差。【结论】综合评价结果显示,福佳、福丽、福星的果实综合性状相对较好,试验中各品种果实品质综合表现从高到低依次为福佳、福丽、福星、富士、福艳。研究结果可为千阳地区的苹果品种选育和推广提供科学依据,进而提高当地苹果产业的经济效益和市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The purpose of this study is to screen new apple varieties suitable for planting in Qianyang area, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of local cultivars.【Methods】This study measured the phenological period, growth potential, leaf morphology characteristics, fruit quality and other indicators of four newly introduced apple varieties ‘Fujia’;‘Fuxing’‘Fuyan’, and ‘Fuli’, and compared them with the locally cultivated variety ‘Fuji’. The membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the fruits of each variety. 【Results】The study found that ‘Fujia’ had strong adaptability in the Qianyang area, manifested in robust tree growth, strong photosynthetic capacity in leaf area, great flowering potential, heavy single fruit weight, high acid fixation ratio, and was suitable for promotion. However, ‘Fuyan’ performs poorly in terms of photosynthetic capacity and fruit quality.【Conclusion】The comprehensive evaluation results show that ‘Fujia’‘Fuli’ and ‘Fuxing’ have relatively good overall fruit traits, which can be ranked from high to low as: ‘Fujia’‘Fuli’‘Fuxing’‘Fuji’‘Fuyan’,which provides a scientific basis for the breeding and promotion of apple cultivars in the Qianyang area, and it can improve the economic benefits and market competitiveness of the local apple industry.
