【摘要】 地震作为威胁人类生存与发展的重大自然灾害之一,始终是全球防震减灾体系的核心议题。清康熙三十四年临汾7_3/4级地震是中国历史上记录较为完整的地震事件之一。本文通过总结分析此次地震发生后清政府通过不同载体形式构建的涵盖灾情记录、赈灾措施等多维度的档案内容体系,并在此基础上挖掘此次地震档案管理工作在治理逻辑与实践经验方面的特征,以期为当代重特大地震档案管理提供重要历史参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major natural disaster threatening human survival and development,earthquake has always been the core issue of the global earthquake prevention and disaster reduction system.The Linfen M7_3/4 earthquake in the 34 th year of Kangxi was one of the relatively complete seismic events recorded in Chinese history.This paper summarizes the multi-dimensional archives content system covering disaster records,disaster relief measures and other dimensions constructed by the Qing government through different carrier forms after the earthquake,and on this basis,explores the characteristics of the management of the earthquake archives in terms of governance logic and practical experience,in order to provide an important historical reference for the management of contemporary major earthquake archives.更多还原
