临汾盆地罗云山山前断裂构造特征及地震危险性研究

【摘要】 临汾盆地是山西断陷带中南部的重要构造单元,历史上曾发生过两次7级以上强震事件。其中,1695年临汾73/4级地震与盆地西缘罗云山山前断裂的活动密切相关。通过综合分析地质地貌调查、地震勘探、历史地震及区域地震活动性资料,系统探讨罗云山山前断裂的时空活动规律,构建断裂的三维构造模型。结果显示,深地震反射剖面和小震精定位断裂呈现典型的铲式正断层特征,深部延伸至约30km的中地壳,并具有典型的深浅部构造耦合特征,地震活动主要位于11~15km和15~27km处。依据断裂活动习性和几何形态的差异性,将其地震危险性划分为3段,中段展现较强的活动性。基于历史地震类比法和统计回归模型,综合评估该断裂最大潜在地震震级。此成果可为临汾市国土空间规划、重要工程的选址及地震应急准备等地震灾害风险防治工作,提供具有可操作性的科学依据。

【Abstract】 The Linfen basin is a significant tectonic unit in the central and southern part of the Shanxi fault depression zone. Historically, it has experienced two strong earthquakes of M≥7.0. Among them, the 1695 M7.0 Linfen earthquake was closely related to the activity of the Luoyunshan piedmont fault on the western edge of the basin. Through a comprehensive analysis of geological and geomorphological surveys, seismic exploration, historical earthquakes, and regional seismic activity data, the temporal and spatial activity patterns of the Luoyunshan piedmont fault were systematically explored, and a three-dimensional structural model of the fault was constructed. The results show that the deep seismic reflection profile and the precisely located small earthquakes on the fault exhibit typical characteristics of a reverse fault, extending to about 30 km in the middle crust and showing typical coupling features between deep and shallow structures. Seismic activities mainly occur at depths of 11~15 km and 15~27 km. Based on the differences in the activity habits and geometric shapes of the fault, its seismic hazard is divided into three segments. The middle segment shows stronger activity and is adjacent to the urban area of Linfen City. By using the historical earthquake analogy method and statistical regression models, it is comprehensively assessed that the maximum potential earthquake magnitude of this fault. This achievement provides a practical scientific basis for the prevention and control of earthquake disaster risks in Linfen City, including land space planning, site selection for important projects, and earthquake emergency preparedness.
