睡眠对免疫系统和健康的影响
The effects of sleep to immune system and health
【摘要】 睡眠障碍会削弱机体免疫力,不利于新陈代谢正常进行;而高质量睡眠能增强免疫系统功能,促进身心健康。本文阐述了睡眠对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫的影响,以及与长期睡眠障碍有关的疾病,以期帮助师生了解睡眠对身体健康的重要意义,引导师生养成良好睡眠习惯。
【Abstract】 Sleep disorders weaken the body’s immunity and are not conducive to normal metabolism, whereas high-quality sleep enhances the function of the immune system and promotes physical and mental health. In this paper, the effects of sleep on specific and non-specific immunity, and the diseases related to long-term sleep disorders were reviewed to help teachers and students understand the importance of good sleep for health and guide them to develop good sleep habits.
