【摘要】 在“基因工程的基本操作程序”的教学中,DNA片段的扩增及电泳鉴定实验可以激发学生科学兴趣,训练学生科学探究能力,进而促进学生生物学学科核心素养提升。传统实验教学中实验时间长,还存在“加样”等实验安全问题。通过最新实验仪器的应用和操作步骤的改进,可以在一节课内完成实验,提高了实验效率;通过实验材料的改进,确保了实验安全;创造性地使用花青素荧光染料,呈现出了更理想的可视化结果,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 In teaching “basic operational procedures of genetic engineering”, the experiment of amplification of DNA fragments and electrophoretic identification can stimulate students’ interest in science, train their scientific inquiry ability, and thereby enhance students’ core literacy for biology. Traditional experimental teaching often involves long experiment durations and safety issues related to procedures such as “sample loading”. By applying the latest experimental instruments and improving operational steps, experiments can be completed within a single class, thereby increasing efficiency. Improvements in experimental materials ensure safety, and the innovative use of anthocyanin fluorescent dyes presents more desirable visualization, making it worthy of promotion and application.
