生物学系统思维框架的内涵及其应用
The connotation and application of biological system thinking framework
【摘要】 生物学系统思维是一种认识生命系统事物和解决生物学系统问题的能力,可用“结构—行为—状态”这样的形式框架表述。生物学系统思维框架作为描述系统思维的结构化概念工具,可用于统一生命系统有关概念的表述,支持生命观念的形成,指导系统模型构建及各水平系统问题的解决。
【Abstract】 Biological systems thinking is an ability to understand the phenomena of the life system and solve biology systemic problems, which can be expressed with “structure-behavior-state”. The biological systems thinking framework, as a structured conceptual tool for describing systems thinking, can be used to unify expressions of concepts related to the life system, support the formation of the life concept, and guide the construction of system models as well as the resolution of systemic issues at various levels.
