2’-岩藻糖基乳糖的生物制造研究进展
Advancements in the biomanufacturing of 2’-fucosyllactose
【摘要】 2’-岩藻糖基乳糖(2’-FL)是母乳中含量最多的一种寡糖,其有助于增强婴幼儿的免疫力,预防胃肠道疾病发生,还可以促进智力发育。近年来,随着母乳喂养概念的逐步深化,对2’-FL的市场需求与日俱增,也对2’-FL的工业化生产水平提出了越来越高的要求。笔者综述了目前利用合成生物学技术在不同微生物细胞工厂中合成2’-FL的代表性成果,包括不同的底盘微生物、α-1,2-岩藻糖基转移酶的挖掘和改造以及染色体整合方式合成2’-FL的研究工作,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 2’-Fucosyllactose(2’-FL),the most abundant oligosaccharide in human milk, plays an important role in enhancing the immune system of infants, preventing gastrointestinal disorders and promoting cognitive development.In recent years, due to the gradual recognition for the concept of breastfeeding, the commercial demand for 2’-FL has been skyrocketed, leading to strong requirements for better industrial production technologies.In this review, we summarized recent advancements in the biosynthesis of 2’-FL with regards to synthetic biology techniques in various microbial cell factories.Particularly, we highlighted representative achievements related to the key enzymes involved in 2’-FL synthesis and discussed the future trend in this field.
