成都平原典型河流丰平枯时期微生物群落变化特征

【摘要】 西江河是成都平原沱江流域的代表性支流之一,研究西江河流域在季节性变化影响下微生物群落的结构及功能特征,旨为长江上游河流生态系统保护提供理论依据。以西江河丰水期、平水期、枯水期的水体和沉积物为研究对象,采用16S rRNA高通量测序技术,分析不同时空环境下西江河微生物群落的结构与功能。结果表明,西江河优势菌群依次为变形菌门(相对丰度为43.42%)、拟杆菌门(相对丰度为14.64%)、厚壁菌门(相对丰度为7.64%)、蓝菌门(相对丰度为6.38%)、放线菌门(相对丰度为5.59%)。水环境中的微生物群落结构比沉积物中的微生物群落结构更易受季节变化的影响,其中沉积物中微生物菌群的组成结构和多样性均呈现丰水期、平水期、枯水期依次降低的趋势,且丰水期和枯水期流域的水体或沉积物中微生物的主要二级功能较平水期发挥的作用更为显著。

【Abstract】 The Xijiang river is one of the representative tributaries of the Tuojiang river basin in the Chengdu plain,and the study of the structure and functional characteristics of microbial communities in the Xijiang river basin under the influence of seasonal changes can provide a theoretical basis for the protection of river ecosystems in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river. Taking the water bodies and sediments of the Xijiang river during the abundant, flat and dry seasons as the research objects, the structure and function of the microbial community in the Xijiang river under different spatiotemporal environments are analyzed by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. The results show that the dominant microflora in Xijiang river is Proteobacteria(the relative abundance is 43.42%), Bacteroidetes(the relative abundance is 14.64%), Firmicutes(the relative abundance is 7.64%), Cyanobacteria(the relative abundance is 6.38%), and Actinomycetes(the relative abundance is 5.59%). The microbial community structure in the aquatic environment is more susceptible to seasonal changes than that in sediments, and the composition and diversity of microbial communities in sediments show a trend of decreasing in the wet season, flat water period and dry season, and the main secondary functions of microorganisms in the water body or sediment in the watershed during the wet season and dry season are more significant than those in the flat water period.
