肩袖损伤诊断和治疗的研究进展

【摘要】 肩袖损伤是临床中最常见的肩关节疾病之一,可引起肩关节持续性疼痛及活动受限,严重影响了患者的生活质量。及早对肩袖损伤做出准确诊断和个性化治疗是改善预后的关键。以往多根据肩袖损伤的类型、急缓选择治疗方案,包括手术治疗或保守治疗,临床上的各种治疗手段优劣性显著。为了提供更安全且高效的治疗选择,一些以富血小板血浆、干细胞、外泌体、生物支架为主的治疗方案应运而生。本文通过检索近年来国内外与肩袖损伤的诊断与治疗相关的文献,对近年来开展的肩袖损伤的新型疗法研究进行总结,希望能对肩袖损伤的治疗提供新的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Rotator cuff injury is one of the most common shoulder joint diseases in clinical practice, which can cause persistent pain and activity limitation of the shoulder joint and seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Early and accurate diagnosis of rotator cuff injury and individualized treatment is the key to improve the prognosis. In the past, most of the treatment options were based on the type and urgency of rotator cuff injury, including surgical treatment or conservative treatment, and the advantages and disadvantages of various clinical treatments were obvious. In order to provide safer and more efficient treatment options, some treatment programs based on platelet-rich plasma(PRP), stem cells, exosomes, and biological scaffolds have emerged. This article summarizes recent literature on novel therapies for rotator cuff injuries, in the hope of providing new research directions for their treatment.
